OUTLAW BARREL RACES Code of Conduct, which applies to all Contestants and attendees at events including all outside vendors, consultants or other customers. By being a contestant or attendee of OUTLAW BARREL RACES, you agree to abide by these policies. Violation of any of the following provisions may subject a contestant or attendee to disqualification from OUTLAW BARREL RACES events, being denied entry to OUTLAW BARREL RACES events. Our Code of Conduct to ensure that all Contestants and invitees may enjoy the OUTLAW BARREL RACES experience in a safe environment. OUTLAW BARREL RACES will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all concerned are familiar with these policies and are aware that any complaint in violation of such policies will be investigated and resolved appropriately.

  • All contestants/attendees will always conduct themselves in an exemplary manner upholding the OUTLAW BARREL RACES purpose to provide fair and fun racing environments.
  • A contestant or attendee will be responsible for his or her conduct in the vicinity of a OUTLAW BARREL RACES event or function.
  • The following list of actions are considered one-warning infractions and can result in an immediate Disqualification of upon second offense:
  • Using abusive or intemperate language or attempting to threaten, bribe, influence or harass any contestant, show official or spectator. Also, any remarks made with the intent to cast aspersions on the character or integrity of any OUTLAW BARREL RACES event.
  • Excessive training on an animal, or intent to do anything other than provide the animal its best care
  • Creating or instigating any social media content or comments in which OUTLAW BARREL RACES, its contestants, or affiliates are defiled
  • Not correcting a bounce check or unpaid balances, additional fees included, within 15 days of request
  • Failure to adhere to reasonable individual rules as set forth by individual races/facilities
  • Attempting to damage, destroy, or manipulate the reputation of OUTLAW BARREL RACES with its Contestants, attendees, partners and supporters
  • The following list of actions are considered unacceptable at OUTLAW BARREL RACES events and can result in an immediate removal from events:
  • Animal abuse or neglect of considerable amount
  • Harassment of any type, to include but not limited to stalking, blocking, chasing, verbally attacking, epithets, slurs or negative stereotyping; threatening, intimidating or hostile acts; denigrating jokes; and written or graphic material that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual or group, including by e-mail, phone (including voice messages), text messages, social networking sites or other means.
  • Physical harm to any person, structure, auto, or like being anywhere on the facility
  • Theft of any type
  • Threat of bodily harm to any contestant, spectator, race staff, etc.
  • Threats or misconduct by an adult to a minor, regardless of relationship

It is the policy of OUTLAW BARREL RACES to ensure equal participation without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. OUTLAW BARREL RACES prohibits any such discrimination or harassment.

When becoming an OutLaw Barrel Races member, you agree to the Rules & Code of Conduct put forth for OutLaw Barrel Races.
